Customer Relations Officer

 

About you

To be successful in this position you will have highly developed administration and communication skills (verbal and written).  You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a proven history of managing a range of internal and external key stakeholders.

 

You will also

  • Be technically savvy and be able to pick up new systems.
  • Have well-developed Microsoft office skills (particularly across word, excel and powerpoint).
  • Enjoy and be accepting of working within an everchanging environment
  • Have strong problem solving skills & attention to detail.
  • Have clear alignment with the organisation’s values
  • Have a current full driver licence and Working with Vulnerable People card 

If you’re successful, you’ll need a satisfactory pre-employment health assessment, national police check,  and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality Safety and You.

What you’ll do

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) position will see you providing one on one support to the coordinator. You will also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both in person and over the phone.  In addition, you will liaise with a range of other key stakeholders including service providers, rostering, planning and accounts.

Some of the more specific tasks this role will undertake, will include:

  • Assist with the development of customers NDIS plans, ensuring the highest quality services are met
  • Assist the Coordinator with the development and implementation of goals and objectives relative to their NDIS packages.
  • Liaise with the rostering team to ensure all scheduling requirements are met and are within the budget.
